Including West Baltimore, where 37-year-old Charmaine Wilson was gunned down along Gertude Street.
“There is a murderer among us who is an absolutely monstrous human being,” said Baltimore PD spokesman T.J. Smith.
“This is something that should outrage the entire community, entire city because there are cowards walking around that took this mother, killed a woman over a dispute,” he said.
If the state of Maryland would issue more carry permits to law abiding citizens, some of this would be stopped.
Because must of criminal thugs are cowards and won’t take a chance of being shot by the person’s they intend to rob, rape or kill.
