officer asks where the hell are all the celebrities now

All the built-up animosity and disgust felt by law enforcement officers who are constantly being forgotten and marginalized by liberal politicians was recently shown by an officer who talks about the murder of New York City Police Officer Miosotis Familia in a video he recorded.

The officer was killed on July 5, in a police car. Later that day, New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio went to Germany to protest President Trump. Thousands of police officers and their families attended the funeral, while something outrageous happened. A teenager was loudly playing N.W.A.’s F–k Tha Police in his home, right across the street where the funeral took place.

Federal law enforcement officer, Martin Green, spoke in the name of many officers on the video he shared.

“You got a New York police officer, mother of three, out there, sitting in gang-infested precinct, sitting there in a high-visibility post to deter crime…and this coward walks up and shoots her right in the head. That’s a victim,” he stated, asking for more attention to the crime.

“Where the hell are all the celebrities now?” he stated, marking the absence of high-profile mourners for Familia. “Where are all the sports teams wearing NYPD shirts? Where are the ‘hands up, don’t shoot’ people? Where are you right now?”

Green questioned why murdered criminals are praised by liberals but murdered police officers are ignored.

“Why is it that every thug, every career criminal, every piece of garbage, low-life scum of the earth get the attention when they are shot and killed for breaking the law?” he stated. “When they are shot and killed by the police they become heroes. They’re families become millionaires.”

“When we have a police officer gunned down in the line of duty, there’s no outrage,” he stated. “No one is stepping up for the cops, nobody is looking out for the police and they continue to demonize the cops, and that’s an issue as far as I’m concerned.”

WPIX reported:

An impassioned officer has gone viral after unloading on celebrities and athletes who he says are not doing enough to support police in wake of the execution of NYPD officer Miosotis Familia.

“Where the hell are all the celebrities now!?” the officer says in a video posted on Facebook last week. “Where are all the sports teams wearing NYPD shirts?”

The officer, who is sitting in his cruiser that appears to be pulled on the side of the road, goes on to lash out at the criminals who he says gain fame and fortune after death.

“Why is it that every career thug, every career criminal, every piece of garbage low life scum of the earth get the attention when they are shot and killed for breaking the law?” he said. “When they are shot and killed by the police they become heroes. They’re families become millionaires.”

The officer has been identified as federal police officer Martin Green who spoke to PIX11 on what motivated the rant.

“When we have a police officer gunned down in the line of duty – there’s no outrage,” he said. “No one is stepping up for the cops, nobody is looking out for the police and they continue to demonize the cops and that’s an issue as far as I’m concerned.”

The message resonated with many across social media, some thanking Officer Green for the words while others criticized him for glossing over the deeply rooted causes of police violence as some incidents have found police at fault.

It’s something he acknowledged.

“I understand where people are coming from, I really do,” he said. “But they need to get, people in these neighborhoods in these high-crime neighborhoods, and they need to start getting as aggravated as the police, saying why are these people terrorizing our neighborhoods.”
