An Old Video Emerges of the Judge in Trump’s Fraud Case, Uncovering Disturbing Revelations

The U.S. Supreme Court has rejected a case seeking to use the 14th Amendment to ban former President Donald Trump from running for reelection in 2024.

According to the Post Millennial, Republican politician John Anthony Castro sued Trump on the premise that the former president attempted to lead an insurrection on Jan. 6, 2021.

The 14th Amendment prevents those guilty of sedition and insurrection from holding elected office, but Trump has not been charged or convicted of either.

The Supreme Court rejected the case on Monday and declined to comment.

This is just one of many legal hurdles that Trump is facing during his 2024 presidential campaign. Despite this, Trump remains the frontrunner for the Republican presidential nomination.

But things are not looking good for Trump as the judge that is responsible for his fraud case is obviously one sided and as he said it himself he will overrun the jury’s decision based on his feelings about the case!

Video below:

This wasn’t the only video that compromise the judge!

Judge Arthur Engoron, the judge in President Trump’s “civil fraud trial” was smiling and posing for the cameras in court yestrday while President Trump was sitting in the court room.

This is wildly inappropriate and proves the bias of the judge, and the fact that this is a WITCH HUNT.

Trump was defiant both before entering the courtroom and during a lunch recess on Monday.

The former president dismissed Engoron as a “Democrat” and an “operative” in a brief appearance in front of reporters. Trump stated that “this is a rigged court” in his heated statement. He also took aim at Attorney General Letitia James, labeling her a “radical-left attorney general.”

“This rogue judge refuses to acknowledge that we won 80% of this case in the appellate division,” Trump said, claiming Engoron has “contempt for his own court system.”

“This is a judge that should be disbarred,” Trump said. “This is a judge that should be out of office. This is a judge that some people say could be charged criminally for what he’s doing. He’s interfering with an election.”

Trump’s lawyers had previously pointed to James’ promises to voters that she would “get Trump” if elected.

James declared that “justice will prevail” as she entered the courthouse.

James arrived with her legal entourage Monday morning and briefly spoke in front of the media. She accused Trump of fraudulently inflating the value of his businesses and his net worth and stated that “no one is above the law.

Engoron ruled last week that Trump is guilty of inflating his assets, via court documents.

Now, the ruling and Engoron’s motives are also being questioned after a video surfaced of him noting, “If juries get it wrong, I can overrule them based on my emotions about the case.”
