Another day, another example of how our illiberal “inclusivity” mandates are taking a jackhammer to the integrity and fairness of female athletics.
We’ve seen it in golf, swimming, skateboarding, cycling, surfing and volleyball. The latest entry for the women’s sports hall of shame happened on the girls 200m race.
The latest assault of transgenderism on girl’s sports took place in Sherwood, Oregon.
Saturday, as girls competing at the varsity level in the 200m race lined up for their heat at the Sherwood Need for Speed Classic, a boy met them at the blocks who would go on to set a personal record as he left them all in his dust.
Aayden Gallagher, a boy who “identifies” as a girl, set a new record after easily defeating his female competitors.

The 200m race wasn’t the only event that Gallagher would set a personal record in as he did the same in the 400m which, according to the results posted to Athletic.net, was one of two events that he ultimately placed second in overall.
While ideology pushers would contend that those who ran against the boy athlete with times closer to 30 seconds than the 25.49 finish recorded for Gallagher wouldn’t have placed significantly higher if only girls had competed, the ripple effect extended beyond Saturday’s race.
So we have to deduce that the remaining believers in fantasy are the ones overseeing this mess. The adults abdicating their responsibilities and leaving female athletes to stand up for themselves, if they dare.
But a resounding silence has been noted from men. Male coaches, male athletic directors. Professional athletes, pundits, people who talk all day about sports but always manage to avoid this third rail.
Where are the fathers? The proud girl dads sitting in the stands, shuttling their girls to practices and games and giving them pep talks? What do they say when they see their daughter square up against a biological male?
Yet these examples keep multiplying at every level across North America. And those who have stood up for sanity have been banished to the permanent penalty box.
