Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez D-N.Y., has likened southern border facilities to concentration camps.
She ripped the border patrol agents and accused them of forcing a migrant woman to drink from the toilet.
“Just left the 1st CBP facility,” Ocasio-Cortez said on Monday, referring to an El Paso, Texas station. “I see why CBP officers were being so physically &sexually threatening towards me. Officers were keeping women in cells w/ no water & had told them to drink out of the toilets. This was them on their GOOD behavior in front of members of Congress.”

“Now I’ve seen the inside of these facilities. It’s not just the kids. It’s everyone,” she continued. “People drinking out of toilets, officers laughing in front of members Congress. I brought it up to their superiors. They said ‘officers are under stress & act out sometimes.’ No accountability.”

“After I forced myself into a cell w/ women&began speaking to them, one of them described their treatment at the hands of officers as ‘psychological warfare’ — waking them at odd hours for no reason, calling them wh*res, etc,” AOC claimed. “Tell me what about that is due to a ‘lack of funding?’”

We all have to wonder how she break into a cell while she was escorted by a border agents?
“Now I’m on my way to Clint, where the Trump admin was denying children toothpaste and soap,” she also wrote. “This has been horrifying so far. It is hard to understate the enormity of the problem. We’re talking systemic cruelty w/ a dehumanizing culture that treats them like animals.”

But a Washington Examiner reporter Anna Giaritelli says that, according to other reports, Ocasio-Cortez’ eye-witness account can’t be true because she never even went inside the facility.
“Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., screamed at federal law enforcement agents ‘in a threatening manner’ during a visit to a U.S. Border Patrol facility in El Paso, Texas, Monday afternoon and refused to tour the facility, according to two people who witnessed it,” Giaritelli tweeted soon after.

Now I’m told Rep. Veronica Escobar, D-Texas, is “yelling” at El Paso Border Patrol Chief Aaron Hull https://t.co/l6nhVHImlD

Border Patrol Chief Carla Provost released a statement to the Daily Caller News Foundation, calling Facebook posts “completely inappropriate.”
“These posts are completely inappropriate and contrary to the honor and integrity I see — and expect — from our agents day in and day out. Any employees found to have violated our standards of conduct will be held accountable,” Provost said.
