President Donald Trump put thousands of troops at the border to deal with a migrant caravan headed up from impoverished third-world countries such as Honduras and El Salvador. However, as they actually prepare to step onto US soil, it has been recently announced that the troops will be dispersing.
“Our end date right now is 15 December, and I’ve got no indications from anybody that we’ll go beyond that,” said Army Lt. Gen. Jeffrey Buchanan, who serves as leader of the U.S. Northern Command land force.
While Trump is obviously being hamstrung in terms of protecting his country, Italy has a leader that can actually defend his nation. Italian interior minister Matteo Salvini is crushing his nation’s many refugee camps while the left whines about it over Twitter.
On Tuesday, Salvini made the following bold statement: “Order and security. We want to bring legality back to Rome, quarter by quarter.”
“We’ll make other clearances, using objective criteria: four for dangerous buildings and 23 because they have judicial initiatives in course. We won’t stop: we mean to move from words to deeds,” Salvini added.
There are 27 migrant camps throughout Italy. Salvini has already ordered forces to bulldoze one of them. The others are expected to suffer a similar fate. Liberal NGOs are complaining about human rights being violated, but Salvini does not care about their cries. He only cares about protecting the national well-being of his people.
In a ploy for sympathy, the leftists even posted an image of the bulldozers that are being used to destroy the migrant camps:
Le questioni sociali, a Roma, si risolvono così: polizia e ruspa. Il Campidoglio a 5 stelle non è diverso né dai precedenti,né dalla Lega. Una vergogna infinita per questa città pic.twitter.com/ufit8wEvfj

But all these leftists are doing is showing their weakness and the strength of their right-wing nationalist leader. Salvini is giving a shining example for the rest of the world on how to protect their national interest. Perhaps Donald Trump could take some notes!
