Biden was on CNN’s “New Day” when the topic of Russia came up, and Biden talked tough about how Russia would not, and did not, interfere with any elections under the Obama-Biden administration. He said:
“Look at what’s happening with Putin. While Putin is trying to undo our elections, he is undoing elections in Europe. Look at what’s happening in Hungary, look what’s happening in Poland, look what’s happening. You think that would happen on my watch or Barack’s watch? You can’t answer that, but I promise it wouldn’t have, and it didn’t.”

What he forgets is that they were both in charge when Russian election interference happened!
Much has been made about Russia’s efforts to influence the 2016 presidential election, and Biden’s comments fully ignore the fact that all of those interference activities occurred while Barack Obama was president and Biden was his vice president.
Trump questioned Obama’s response to 2016 Russian interference ahead of Attorney General William Barr’s testimony on the special counsel’s report in May.
“Why didn’t President Obama do something about Russia in September (before November Election) when told by the FBI? He did NOTHING, and had no intention of doing anything!” Trump wrote on Twitter May 1.
