I remember when Americans would make fun of China for their sociopathic driving. In China, drivers who have injured pedestrians will sometimes then try to kill them. And yet not only is it true, but it’s also fairly common; security cameras have regularly captured drivers driving back and forth on top of victims to make sure that they are dead. The Chinese language even has an adage for the phenomenon: “It is better to hit to kill than to hit and injure.”
It seems that our social decay is here and we are no better than the nation we once mocked for their cruelty.
Video captured by a motorist’s dashcam in New York City shows just how terrible American society is becoming.
In the video, you will notice that nobody is bothered to get out and stop the black SUV after it looks like the white SUV clips the man’s ankle. Lying on the ground in pain, the black suburban run the man over, crushing his skull under the tires.

Responding officers arrive to find the man lying in the road with head trauma, officials said. He was taken to a local hospital and initially listed in critical condition early Friday.
Authorities later Friday morning said the man had succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at the hospital. His identity was not immediately released.
The driver 100% saw a person lying in the path in front of their vehicle, hesitated, and then chose to run over the person and squish their head, probably for fun. We may or may not hear about this incident again. It will all depend on the perpetrator’s identity characteristics.
According to NYPD, this was an accident and not a deliberate vehicular assault.
Our team contacted the police precinct involved and they confirmed that this event was an accident and no criminal charges were filed.
Police said the driver did not remain on the scene, leaving the man for dead after striking him. They said the vehicle involved headed northbound on Fourth Avenue.

Our verdict is that this is pre-meditated murder surely! They saw what happened, thought about it for a second, and then went ahead and squashed the pedestrian.
Societal decay is all around us. Pederasts are attempting to push themselves into the mainstream. Robbery and murder have become almost mundane occurrences as cities around the country roil from justice reform and progressive policies that put criminals back on the streets. But even as these examples of obviously radical individuals turn our stomachs and prove our country is crumbling, it is the indifference of everyday people, the inhumanity of regular citizens that really brings this point home.
