VIDEO: Cellphone Thrown Toward Trump at Allentown Rally—Hits the Floor as Secret Service Responds

At President Trump’s rally in Allentown, Pennsylvania, on Thursday, an attendee threw a cellphone toward the former president as he left the venue. While the phone missed its mark and broke upon hitting the floor, the incident raised concerns about potential threats at such events.

Footage of the event was posted by ZacharyClark from Pennsylvania and was later shared by vDarkness Falls on X. In the video, Secret Service agents can be seen quickly responding to the thrown object, kicking it aside to prevent any possible risk. The reaction underscores the heightened precautions needed at rallies, where even seemingly innocuous items could pose a threat.

The throw has prompted speculation, with some pointing out that phones have been weaponized in the past, as seen with Israel’s use of exploding pagers against Hezbollah. Although this incident appeared to lack any explosive intent, vDarkness Falls commented on the potential danger, stating, “Throwing a cell phone at President Trump is uncalled for and just plain STUPID considering cell phones have been rigged around the world to explode to assassinate people.”

This isn’t the first time Trump has faced such an incident. A similar episode occurred in 2019 at the NRA convention when another man tossed a phone toward him, resulting in immediate arrest.

As Trump’s rallies continue to draw massive crowds, his security team remains vigilant to prevent any risk of harm.
