Video: Venezuelan Illegal Walks Into Court Facing Multiple Charges — ICE Decided Not to Wait for the Liberal Judge

Nashua, NH – Arnuel Marquez Colmenarez, a 33-year-old Venezuelan migrant, thought he was heading to his arraignment on misdemeanor charges at Nashua Circuit Court on February 20, 2025. Instead, ICE agents tackled him in a dramatic courthouse arrest, captured on security footage shared by @unlimited_ls on X, showing the chaos that ensued—including an elderly bystander with a cane being knocked to the ground. For conservatives, the video, viewed over 600,000 times, is a testament to Trump’s ICE taking swift action against illegal immigrants, even if it means bypassing what they call “liberal judges.”

Marquez Colmenarez faced charges from a February 9 incident for drunken driving, driving without a license, and failing to provide information after an accident, per an AP News report on April 14 []. ICE agents, acting on orders to detain illegal immigrants, attempted to apprehend him quietly in the courthouse elevator, but he fled, leading to a scuffle near the third-floor lobby. The footage shows agents throwing Marquez Colmenarez to the floor, with Hudson Police Department officer Jared Neff assisting after hearing a “loud commotion” and voices yelling “Stop!” Neff reported Marquez Colmenarez resisted, and the elderly bystander was inadvertently knocked down in the struggle, though his condition remains unclear—prompting @MAGAForce2024 to quip on X, “Give him an extra 20 for assaulting that elderly man.”

Marquez Colmenarez, now held at an ICE facility in Texas as of April 14, per an ICE detainee locator [], missed his arraignment, leading to a bench warrant. The arrest reflects Trump’s second-term policy shift, which repealed Biden-era restrictions on ICE operations in “sensitive” locations like courthouses, per a DHS memo on January 20, 2025 []. Conservatives on X, like @PatriotPulse, cheered the move: “ICE didn’t wait for the liberal judge—real justice in action!” @America1stMAGA added, “This is what Trump promised—deport illegals, no excuses!”

The incident has reignited debates over courthouse arrests, with a Boston ICE agent held in contempt last month for a similar action, per The Guardian on March 15 []. For Trump supporters, though, the video is proof of ICE’s new aggressive stance—88,763 removals since January 2025, per DHS data on April 10 []—and a win for public safety, even if it came at the cost of a bystander’s fall. As @JusticeForAll22 wrote, “Sorry for the old guy, but illegals like this need to go—ICE did their job!”
