Ilhan Omar is on fire these days, whenever she opens her mouth she sinks the Dems even deeper!
She said that living in America is like an “everyday assault” and that she feels demonized, threatened and vilified.
And those are some hard words from a woman that comes from Somalia!
She didn’t stop there she advocated on Tuesday for releasing a senior member of the Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood (MB) — which is designated by several nations as a terrorist organization.
But her latest mistake might cost her!
She refused to call 9/11 a terrorist attack and the people that did it, terrorists’
“…some people did something, and that all of us were starting to lose access to our civil liberties.”
Ilhan Omar mentions 9/11 and does not consider it a terrorist attack on the USA by terrorists, instead she refers to it as “Some people did something”, then she goes on to justify the establishment of a terrorist organization (CAIR) on US soil. pic.twitter.com/ixP3BJfqxS

Technically she’s right. Some people did something. But to classify terrorists who killed almost 3,000 innocent people as “some people” and to dismiss their terrorist act as “something” is rubbing me the wrong way. One of two explanations for Ilhan Omar’s choice of words:
She doesn’t think the terrorist attack was that bad to warrant being labeled a terrorist attack.
She doesn’t want to call attention to a terrorist attack.
As a reminder September 11 attacks, also called 9/11 attacks, series of airline hijackings and suicide attacks committed in 2001 by 19 militants associated with the Islamic extremist group al-Qaeda against targets in the United States, the deadliest terrorist attacks on American soil in U.S. history. The attacks against New York City and Washington, D.C., caused extensive death and destruction and triggered an enormous U.S. effort to combat terrorism. Some 2,750 people were killed in New York, 184 at the Pentagon, and 40 in Pennsylvania (where one of the hijacked planes crashed after the passengers attempted to retake the plane); all 19 terrorists died.
In addition in 2016, Omar asked U.S. District Judge Michael J. Davis for leniency and compassion in the sentencing of “9 Minnesota men charged with planning to join ISIS.
I wonder why do we let her in the Congress and who was stupid enough to vote for her!
