Guns in the hands of honest citizens save lives and property and, yes, gun-control laws adversely affect only the law-abiding citizens.
With guns, we are “citizens”. Without them, we are “subjects”.
Yesterday there was another debate about the second amendment!
The people involved were Alyssa Milano, Matt Schaefer and Ted Cruz.
Anti-gun lefties actress Alyssa Milano tweeted yesterday:
“Can someone cite which passage of the Bible God states it is a god-given right to own a gun? This guy is unbelievable and is clearly owned by the gun lobby. #NoRA” Milano tweeted in a response to Texas State Rep Matt Schaefer who had taken on anti-Second Amendment activists and humiliated them.
That’s when Ted Cruz jumped in and gave Alyssa Milano a first-class education on the Second Amendment and the right to self-defense.

The right to self-defense is recognized repeatedly in the Bible, eg Exodus 22:2: ‘If a thief is caught breaking in at night & is struck a fatal blow, the defender is not guilty of bloodshed,” Cruz added.

No doubt she is marshaling her random thoughts in order to form a cogent response. After all, one endowed with such a sizable intellect as she, must brandish those gifts carefully.
