Ilhan Omar Double Downs on Playing the Victim and Claims Life in USA is an “Everyday Assault”

Rep. Ilhan Omar is doubling down on paying the victim of everyone who disagrees with her.

The new face of the Democratic Party is now claiming that living in the USA is like an “everyday assault” and that she feels demonized, threatened and vilified.

“It’s an everyday assault. Every day, a part of your identity is threatened, demonized, and vilified. Trump is tapping into an ugly part of our society and freeing its ugliness,” Omar told Vogue Arabia.

“It’s been a challenge to try to figure out how to continue the inclusion; how to show up every day and make sure that people who identify with all the marginalized identities I carry, feel represented,” she continued.

“It’s transitioning from the idea of constantly resisting to insisting in upholding the values we share — that this is a society that was built on the idea that you could start anew. And what that celebrates is immigrant heritage.”

This is an amazing claim considering Ilhan Omar’s family fled Somalia when she was 8-years-old.

Omar has been the recipient of a remarkable life, due to the America people who have formed this great nation and built it up to what it is today.

But leftists are never, ever satisfied and can always find a way to become a victim.

If Omar has truly lived her life in this country the way she portrays it, you would think there would be police records of her filing complaints about all the people who have “assaulted” and “threatened” her.

Why doesn’t she produce them?

A few people on twitter had a thing or two to say about Omar’s claims.
