President Donald Trump criticized the late Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) in a tweet Saturday afternoon citing a quote from former Independent Counsel Ken Starr (made on Fox & Friends Saturday morning) about reports McCain and a top aide spread the bogus Russian dossier around official Washington in late 2016. Trump also slammed McCain for his “thumbs down” vote against Obamacare repeal in 2017, saying that was much worse than spreading the dossier. McCain died from brain cancer on August 25, 2018, at 81. McCain’s vote was a bitter betrayal of voters who believed years of Republican promises to repeal Obamacare.
Trump wrote of McCain on Saturday, “Spreading the fake and totally discredited Dossier “is, unfortunately, a very dark stain against John McCain.” Ken Starr, Former Independent Counsel. He had far worse “stains” than this, including thumbs down on repeal and replace after years of campaigning to repeal and replace!”
Meghan McCain slammed President Trump during her eulogy for her father
ABC’s The View co-host Meghan McCain said Saturday evening that no one will ever love President Donald Trump in the same way her late father Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) was loved.
“No one will ever love you the way they loved my father…. I wish I had been given more Saturday’s with him. Maybe spend yours with your family instead of on twitter obsessing over mine?” McCain wrote on Twitter.

The ones obsessing over things were stuff shirt John, and now, his spoiled, stuck up daughter, Meghan. Trump insulted McCain once and Ol’ Stuff Shirt dedicated his life trying to destroy Trump. McCain had no honor. This latest slime fest totally outs him. He splashed that dossier in Buzzfeed, the press, and over at the FBI as a stooge for Steele. That’s right Meghan, a stooge during the transition, in a coup attempt, these are John McCain and his legacy.
