On Saturday President Trump correctly blamed Cummings for the state of his district which is in disarray and crime ridden.
“Rep, Elijah Cummings has been a brutal bully, shouting and screaming at the great men & women of Border Patrol about conditions at the Southern Border, when actually his Baltimore district is FAR WORSE and more dangerous.
Democratic House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has accused US President Donald Trump of “racist attacks” in his tweets about an African-American lawmaker Elijah Cummings and his Maryland district.
The tweets, Ms. Pelosi wrote, were “racist attacks” on Mr. Cummings, whose district’s population is more than 50% black according to US census data.
The President didn’t pull back this morning he attacked Nancy Pelosi and her district.
He is pushing to hold elected Democrat lawmakers accountable for the serious issues that exist in their own districts — where problems clearly must be addressed for the health and well being of those cities’ citizens, not to mention the cities’ own solvency.
Trump tweeted, “Speaking of failing badly, has anyone seen what is happening to Nancy Pelosi’s district in San Francisco. It is not even recognizable lately. Something must be done before it is too late.”
“The Dems should stop wasting time on the Witch Hunt Hoax and start focusing on our country!” he added.
Trump also shut down the race card that Pelosi tried to play
“Someone please explain to Nancy Pelosi, who was recently called racist by those in her own party, that there is nothing wrong with bringing out the very obvious fact that Congressman Elijah Cummings has done a very poor job for his district and the City of Baltimore.
“Just take a look, the facts speak far louder than words! The Democrats always play the Race Card, when in fact they have done so little for our Nation’s great African American people.
“Now, lowest unemployment in U.S. history, and only getting better. Elijah Cummings has failed badly!” he said.
