Video: The Look On Kamala’s Face When Joe Biden Stops Reading The Teleprompter And Starts Talking On His Own Says It All

Ladies and gentlemen, may I introduce to you the President of the United States. The leader of the free world. The most powerful man on the planet.

With Vice President Kamala Harris and Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra standing behind him, President Joe Biden stumbled and bumbled his way through remarks before signing an executive order on abortion on Friday.

The occasional Biden gaffe has given way to at least one gaffe during every public appearance. His last performance was marked by several.

Biden accidentally read aloud the teleprompter instructions during a speech Friday.

Biden was reading off his teleprompter, and said “end of quote.”

Now, he actually was reading a quote, so saying “end of quote” isn’t all that crazy. People do that all time.

But there was a part right after that, where Joe appears to read his teleprompter instructions out loud.

At the end of the quote, Joe says “repeat the line,” and then does not repeat the line he just keeps going.

That “repeat the line,” is an obvious direction meant for HIM to repeat the quote HE read… and it sounds like he didn’t understand that and screwed it up.

Here’s the line Biden said: “One of the most important extraordinary parts of the decision, in my view, is the majority writes, and I quote — I’m going to quote now from the majority — ‘Women are not without electoral or political power, it is noteworthy that the percentage of women who register to vote and cast a ballot is consistently higher than the percentage of the men who do so,’ end of quote, repeat the line.”

That wasn’t the end of his nightmare, below you can see Kamala’s reaction when Biden decided to talk without reading from the teleprompter:

He also wanted to terminate his presidency

Speaking about a 10-year-old who became pregnant following a rape, rather than saying “terminate the pregnancy,” he said “terminate the presidency”:

And another one!

In the next clip, he slurred his words badly. He tried to read the words, “Right now, in all 50 states and the District of Columbia.” Instead of “states,” Biden said “straits.” He pronounced “District of Columbia” as “Disric a Combia.”

So it seems that Biden is better when he reads the teleprompter!
